During my Growth4Future consulting, my global clients span sports and entertainment, fashion, environmental tech and beverage. In July 2025, we’ll launch Earth Aid Live with Harry Goldsmith’s team. Current Advisory roles include a Hollywood Climate Content Alliance, Junk Kouture, and a Clean Energy tech company.

Past executive positions include Microsoft, Rover.com, and Footprint, a materials science company, that eliminates single use plastics for many large global food, consumer packaged goods companies and retailers. Honors: The Phoenix Sun’s Footprint Center receiving the NBA Changemaker of 2022 award – as the first stadium to transform with sustainability. Speaker: Sustainable Brands Ocean, Sustainable Brands, Sports Business Journal’s Brand Innovation Summit.

With over 15 years in C-level roles, building new revenue streams and KPI results. Expertise includes brand creation. As Microsoft EMEA Chief of Staff, included working on the World Economic Forum’s technology track for the Davos meeting. Prior board-level experiences include education, technology, and diversity. They included FirstTee Greater Seattle, Taking IT Global, and iSAFE. I have also been a member of the Women’s Leadership Board of Harvard University. I am a frequent speaker and enjoy mentoring up-and-coming marketers with a passion for sustainability and sports.
